本校外國學生招生，不分系所，學士班預計招收新生51名，碩士班預計招收新生30名，理學院碩士班逕博組(跨境產業策略與發展)預計招收新生1名。

申請繳交文件 / Required Documents

1. 身份證明文件：請提供身份證與護照掃描檔。

Identification—Scan and upload your certificate of nationality (such as your Identification Card or certificate) and also your passport (in PDF or JPEG format).

2. 學歷證明文件：請提供經我國駐外機構驗證之最高學歷畢業證書影本，如原學歷證件非中文或英文者，請另繳中英文譯本並加蓋驗證章戳。

Highest Education Diploma—Please upload scanned highest education diploma or equivalent academic attainment authenticated by Taiwan’s overseas mission.  (In case the original diploma or equivalent academic attainment is in a language other than Chinese or English, the Chinese or English translation is required and should have be verified and stamped by Taiwan’s overseas mission.)

3. 歷年成績單：經駐外單位認證之最高學歷歷年成績單。如成績單非屬英文或中文，請另附中文或英文譯本並加蓋駐外單位驗證章戳。

Transcripts—An official transcript of the highest education authenticated by Taiwan’s overseas mission should be enclosed.  Please upload the scanned transcript to the Google Form.  In case the official transcript is in a language other than Chinese or English, please provide Chinese or English translation verified and stamped by Taiwan’s overseas mission.

4. 財力證明：最近三個月內經由金融機構提出之中文或英文存款證明新臺幣150,000元以上（美金5,000元）。已獲獎助學金者，請另提供獎學金證明。

Financial Statement—An official bank statement (in Chinese or English) issued within 3 months from a financial institution indicating that the account balance is more than NTD$150,000 (USD$5,000).  Scholarship awardees shall provide proof of scholarship.

5. 語言能力證明：本校並無全英語授課學程，申請人需提供以下文件。

Language Proficiency Certificate—NQU doesn’t offer any “English as a Medium of Instruction” (EMI) programs. All applications are required to present one or more related documents listed below.

華語能力測驗（TOCFL）入門基礎（BAND A）LEVEL A2以上水平。申請時請檢具成績證明。

TOFCL Band A test report with at least LEVEL A2. Please enclose the test report with your application.

6. 自傳與讀書計畫：內容應包括選擇本校、系所的動機；研究生可陳述未來可能的貢獻及研究興趣。

Autobiography & Study Plan—Applicants are encouraged to put in writing their motivation for choosing this University and the specific department.  For graduate students, potential contribution and research interests should also be included.

7. 推薦信：請提供至少一封機構推薦信

Recommendation Letters—Please scan and upload at least ONE or more Recommendation Letters from any educational institute.

【外國學生獎助、優惠措施】Scholarship For International Students

✿外國學生新生入學第一學年享有半額補貼學雜費及住宿費之優惠。
NQU offers HALF REFUND for the paid tuition and accommodation for all International Students, in the FIRST YEAR.

✿從第二年開始外國學生將依據成績享有半額或是全額補貼學雜費及住宿費之優惠。
NQU Offers HALF or FULL Scholarship to all ongoing International Students from the 2nd year according to their academic performances.

✿前一學期學業成績排名於班上前50%內，可申請學雜費與（或）住宿費全額退費；
FULL Scholarship-students reach top 50% in his/her class in academic performance are entitled to a FULL scholarship.  The paid tuition and dorm fee will be FULLY refunded afterwards.

✿前一學期學業成績排名於班上前75%內，可申請學雜費與（或）住宿費半額退費。
HALF Scholarship-students reach top 75% in his/her class in academic performance are entitled to a HALF scholarship.  Half (50%) of the paid tuition and dorm fee will be refunded afterwards.

✿金門縣政府補助學士班每位學生每年就學津貼新臺幣10,000元，及相當於新台幣4,000元的交通圖書劵。
Students Subsidy-Kinmen County Government offers all bachelor students in NQU a subsidy of NTD10,000 every year，Voucher-also named Coupon, issued by Kinmen County Government. All students in Kinmen will be given this voucher which worth of NTD 4,000 every year.

三、於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後而未逾學期三分之一申請休、退學者 Apply for suspension or withdrawal from the first day of classes (inclusive) but NOT EXCEED One-Third of the semester,	學費、雜費退還三分之二 Two-Thirds of paid Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees should be refunded.	其採學分學雜費或學雜費基數核算者，退還學分費、學雜費基數（或學分學雜費）各三分之二 For Graduate Students, Two-Thirds of the BASE Tuition, Miscellaneous Fees, and Credit Fees should be refunded.
四、於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後逾學期三分之一，而未逾學期三分之二申請休、退學者 Apply for suspension or withdrawal during the time of One-Third and Two-Thirds of the semester,	學費、雜費退還三分之一 One-third of paid Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees should be refunded.	其採學分學雜費或學雜費 基數核算者，退還學分 費、學雜費基數（或學分學雜費）各三分之一 For Graduate Students, One-Third of the BASE Tuition, Miscellaneous Fees, and Credit Fees should be refunded.
五、於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後逾學期三分之二申請休、退學者 Apply for suspension or withdrawal AFTER Two-Thirds of the semester,	所繳學費、雜費，不予退還 No paid Tuition or fees shall be refunded.
備註： 一、表列註冊日、上課（開學）日及學期之計算等，依各校正式公告之行事曆 認定之；學校未明定註冊日者，以註冊繳費截止日為註冊日。 The calculation of the registration date, the first day of classes and semester shall be determined according to the NQU academic calendar; If the registration date is not specified, the registration fee payment deadline shall be the registration date. 二、學生申請休學或自動退學者，其休、退學時間應依學生（或家長）向學校受理單位正式提出休、退學申請之日為計算基準日；其屬勒令退學者，退學時間應依學校退學通知送達之日為計算基準日。但因進行退學申復（訴）而繼續留校上課者，以實際離校日為計算基準日。 For students applying for suspending or withdrawing from their studies, the baseline date for refunds shall be the day when the students (or parents) formally submit the application.  For students suspended or dismissed BY the University, the baseline date is the day when the University’s notification reaches the students. If the students file an appeal against the suspension/dismissal and continue to study at the University, the baseline date is the day when they actually leave the University upon the completion of the leave procedure. 三、休、退學之學生應於學校規定期限內完成離校手續；其有因可歸責學生之因素而延宕相關程序者，以實際離校日為計算基準日。 Students who apply for suspension or withdrawal shall complete their leave procedure subscribed by the University rules. In case of delay caused by the students, the baseline date shall be the day when students actually leave the University upon the completion of the leave procedure. 四、各校不得於學校行事曆所定該學期開始日前預收任何費用。 Any fees will not be charged in advance before the commencement date of the semester specified on the academic calendar.
