NQU PHASE I Admission Guideline for Overseas Chinese,Hong Kong and Macau Students Fall Semester 2026

115學年度（2026年9月入學）第一階段，不分系所，學士班招收新生49名，碩士班招收新生4名。**本簡章招生名額以日後教育部核定為準
We intend to recruit 49 undergraduate students for the PHASE I into 17 different undergraduate programs, 4 vacancy for Master Program.at NQU in Fall, 2026. **The admission quota in this brochure is subject to approval by the Ministry of Education.

✿為保障考生權益，申請人請務必關注各項重要試務時程，並自行上網查看公告。
All applicants should pay attention to the date of important events mentioned in this guideline and check out NQU website for newest announcement regularly so as to protect your own rights and interests.

✿針對僑生身份資格審查，僑委會與教育部如提前或延後函覆，公告錄取名單時間也將同步提前或延後。
Regarding the Announcement of Admission, we will post the announcement whenever we receive the confirmation of applicant’s qualification from OCAC and MOE.

⭐經本校單獨招生管道公告錄取者，海外聯招會將不再予以分發！第一階段請務必在114年01月23日（五）下午17：00前，透過網路GOOGLE表單確認就讀意願，或以電子郵件簽署發回「放棄入學資格聲明書」。逾期未確認就讀意願亦未聲明放棄者，將被取消錄取資格。
All admitted students in the First Stage can not be admitted again by the “University Entrance Committee For Overseas Chinese Students”. So, if applicants would like to accept NQU’s offer or would rather to be distributed by the University Entrance Committee, you should make up your mind and sign up the GOOGLE FORM for confirmation or sign a Statement to decline the offer and send the signed statement to NQU via EMAIL by 17:00 PM, JANUARY 23, 2025 for the PHASE I. If you fail to confirm nor to decline the offer by the deadline, then NQU will cancel your admission.

【僑生、港澳生獎助、優惠措施】

✿僑生新生：新生入學第一年無條件全額返還學雜費、住宿費
In the first year, all freshmen will be given full scholarship (full refund)

✿僑生舊生：第二學年起依前一學期成績排名決定獎助額度
In the second academic year, the amount of scholarships is determined according to the ranking of the previous semester's grades.

✿全額返還學雜、住宿費：
FULL REFUND TUITION & ACCOMODATION

• ✿一般僑生：班排40％內 General Overseas Chinese students：Top 40% in class rank
• ✿清寒身份僑生：班排50％內 Overseas Chinese students with economic weakness：Top 50% in class rank

✿返還1/2學雜、住宿費：
50% REFUND TUITION & ACCOMODATION：

• ✿一般僑生：班排60％內 General Overseas Chinese students：Top 60% in class rank
• ✿清寒身份僑生：班排75％內 Overseas Chinese students with economic weakness：Top 75% in class rank

✿除了成績要求學生的操行成績需達到80分(含)以上，無申誡(含)以上懲處記錄、二年級學生需取得華語文能力測驗(TOCFL) A2等級或以上，三年級以上的學生則需要取得華語文能力測驗(TOCFL) B1等級或以上
The awardee should also maintain an (or an average of) 80 point or above in the Conduct Performance for the previous semester (or in previous year) and has no punishment record at this University and Second-year must pass the Chinese language proficiency test (TOCFL) to reach the level of A2 or above，while third-year and above students must pass the Chinese language proficiency test (TOCFL) to reach the level of B1 or above

✿金門縣政府補助學士班每位學生每年就學津貼新臺幣10,000元（金僑子弟改領全額學雜費補助），及相當於新台幣4,000元的交通圖書劵。
✿祖籍金門僑生，經當地會館（或同鄉會組織）認證，不論成績優劣，每學期均可透過本校向金門縣政府申請金僑子弟學雜費全額補助。
