近期華測會發現有不法人士架設假冒的 TOCFL 報名或證書驗證網站，並向外國學生收取高額費用，宣稱可「代為報名」或「保證通過測驗」。請同學務必提高警覺。
一、TOCFL 官方管道

請自行透過官方系統報名、繳費，或參加學校辦理的團體報名，切勿委託來源不明的代辦業者、網路社群人士或陌生人協助報名。
二、證書及成績單查驗
* 教育部電子證書驗證系統：https://dcert.moe.gov.tw/upload
適用於 2026 年 1 月 1 日（含）以後測驗的數位證書及成績單。
* TOCFL 官方證書驗證系統：https://tocfl.edu.tw/tocfl/index.php/cooperate/verify/page
適用於成績有效期限二年內的 TOCFL 證書。
三、團體報名證書下載
自 2026 年起，TOCFL 不再寄送紙本證書。
透過學校團體報名參加 TOCFL 的同學，如需下載個人成績單或證書，請登入 TOCFL 官方網站查詢。
如未申請 TOCFL 帳號，請使用報名時填寫的護照號碼申請帳號。完成帳號申請並登入後，即可於考試紀錄中查詢及下載團體考試的成績單及證書。
四、防詐提醒
請認明 TOCFL 官方網站，避免受騙，保障自身權益。
如發現可疑網站、招攬訊息、偽造證書或無法查驗的文件，請保留相關網址、電子郵件、通訊紀錄及文件，並儘速向相關單位反映。

Recently, the Steering Committee for the Test of Proficiency-Huayu (TOCFL) has identified cases in which fraudulent websites were created to impersonate the official TOCFL registration or certificate verification systems. Some individuals have charged international students high fees while claiming that they can “register on their behalf” or “guarantee that they will pass the test.” Students are strongly advised to remain alert.

Please register and make payment through the official TOCFL system yourself, or participate in group registration organized by the university. Do not entrust registration to unknown agents, individuals from online communities, or strangers.
2. Certificate and Score Report Verification
* Ministry of Education Digital Certificate Verification System: https://dcert.moe.gov.tw/upload
Applicable to digital certificates and score reports for tests taken on or after January 1, 2026.
* TOCFL Official Certificate Verification System: https://tocfl.edu.tw/tocfl/index.php/cooperate/verify/page
Applicable to TOCFL certificates that are still within the two-year validity period.
3. Downloading Certificates for Group Registration
Starting from 2026, TOCFL will no longer mail paper certificates.
Students who registered for TOCFL through the university’s group registration service may log in to the official TOCFL website to download their individual score reports and certificates.
If you do not yet have a TOCFL account, please create one using the passport number provided when you registered for the test. After creating your account and logging in, you can find and download your group test score report and certificate under “Test Records.”
4. Fraud Prevention Reminder
Please make sure that you are using the official TOCFL website to avoid fraud and protect your rights.
If you encounter a suspicious website, solicitation message, forged certificate, or document that cannot be verified, please keep all relevant URLs, emails, communication records, and documents, and report the matter to the appropriate office as soon as possible.

Baru-baru ini, pihak TOCFL menemukan sejumlah kasus situs web palsu yang menyamar sebagai sistem pendaftaran atau sistem verifikasi sertifikat TOCFL resmi. Beberapa pihak juga diketahui memungut biaya tinggi dari mahasiswa internasional dengan mengklaim dapat “mendaftarkan peserta” atau “menjamin kelulusan ujian”. Mahasiswa diminta untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan.

Silakan melakukan pendaftaran dan pembayaran sendiri melalui sistem resmi TOCFL, atau mengikuti pendaftaran kelompok yang diselenggarakan oleh universitas. Jangan meminta bantuan agen yang tidak dikenal, orang dari komunitas daring, atau pihak yang tidak jelas untuk melakukan pendaftaran.
2. Verifikasi Sertifikat dan Laporan Hasil Ujian

Berlaku untuk sertifikat digital dan laporan hasil ujian yang dilaksanakan pada atau setelah 1 Januari 2026.

Berlaku untuk sertifikat TOCFL yang masih berada dalam masa berlaku hasil ujian selama dua tahun.
3. Mengunduh Sertifikat bagi Peserta Pendaftaran Kelompok
Mulai tahun 2026, TOCFL tidak lagi mengirimkan sertifikat dalam bentuk cetak melalui pos.
Mahasiswa yang mengikuti TOCFL melalui pendaftaran kelompok universitas dapat masuk ke situs web resmi TOCFL untuk mengunduh laporan hasil ujian dan sertifikat masing-masing.
Jika belum memiliki akun TOCFL, silakan membuat akun dengan menggunakan nomor paspor yang digunakan saat pendaftaran ujian. Setelah akun berhasil dibuat dan Anda masuk ke sistem, laporan hasil ujian dan sertifikat dari ujian kelompok dapat ditemukan dan diunduh melalui menu “Riwayat Ujian” (Test Records).
4. Imbauan Pencegahan Penipuan
Pastikan Anda hanya menggunakan situs web resmi TOCFL untuk menghindari penipuan dan melindungi hak serta kepentingan Anda.
Jika menemukan situs web mencurigakan, pesan penawaran yang tidak jelas, sertifikat palsu, atau dokumen yang tidak dapat diverifikasi, harap simpan URL, email, riwayat komunikasi, serta dokumen terkait, dan segera laporkan kepada unit terkait.
