本校外國學生招生，不分系所，學士班預計招收新生61名，碩士班預計招收新生20名，碩士班逕博組預計招收新生1名。
NQU intends to recruit 61 undergraduate students into 17 different undergraduate programs and 20 graduate students into 16 graduate programs and 1 vacancy for Master Program with Direct Admission to Ph. D. Degree.at NQU in Fall, 2026.
除宣傳、推廣及協助學生辦理來臺必要程序外，本校並未委外辦理招生事務。
Except the dissemination, promotion and assist international students in necessary procedures to Taiwan, National Quemoy University has not outsourced the admission process with agencies.

★申請繳交文件 / Required Documents
1.身份證明文件：請提供身份證與護照掃描檔。
Identification—Scan and upload your certificate of nationality (such as your Identification Card or certificate) and also your passport (in PDF or JPEG format).
2.學歷證明文件：請提供經我國駐外機構驗證之最高學歷畢業證書影本，如原學歷證件非中文或英文者，請另繳中英文譯本並加蓋驗證章戳。
Highest Education Diploma—Please upload scanned highest education diploma or equivalent academic attainment authenticated by Taiwan’s overseas mission. (In case the original diploma or equivalent academic attainment is in a language other than Chinese or English, the Chinese or English translation is required and should have be verified and stamped by Taiwan’s overseas mission.)
3.歷年成績單：經駐外單位認證之最高學歷歷年成績單。如成績單非屬英文或中文，請另附中文或英文譯本並加蓋駐外單位驗證章戳。
Transcripts—An official transcript of the highest education authenticated by Taiwan’s overseas mission should be enclosed. Please upload the scanned transcript to the Google Form. In case the official transcript is in a language other than Chinese or English, please provide Chinese or English translation verified and stamped by Taiwan’s overseas mission.
4.財力證明：最近三個月內經由金融機構提出之中文或英文存款證明新臺幣150,000元以上（美金5,000元）。已獲獎助學金者，請另提供獎學金證明。
Financial Statement—An official bank statement (in Chinese or English) issued within 3 months from a financial institution indicating that the account balance is more than NTD$150,000 (USD$5,000). Scholarship awardees shall provide proof of scholarship.
5.語言能力證明：本校並無全英語授課學程，申請人需提供以下文件。
Language Proficiency Certificate—NQU doesn’t offer any “English as a Medium of Instruction” (EMI) programs. All applications are required to present one or more related documents listed below.
華語能力測驗（TOCFL）入門基礎（BAND A）LEVEL A2以上水平。申請時請檢具成績證明。
TOFCL Band A test report with at least LEVEL A2. Please enclose the test report with your application.
6.自傳與讀書計畫：內容應包括選擇本校、系所的動機；研究生可陳述未來可能的貢獻及研究興趣。
Autobiography & Study Plan—Applicants are encouraged to put in writing their motivation for choosing this University and the specific department. For graduate students, potential contribution and research interests should also be included.
7.推薦信：請提供至少一封機構推薦信
Recommendation Letters—Please scan and upload at least ONE or more Recommendation Letters from any educational institute.
8.切結書及授權查證同意書

三、於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後而未逾學期三分之一申請休、退學者 Apply for suspension or withdrawal from the first day of classes (inclusive) but NOT EXCEED One-Third of the semester, |
學費、雜費退還三分之二 Two-Thirds of paid Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees should be refunded. |
其採學分學雜費或學雜費基數核算者，退還學分費、學雜費基數（或學分學雜費）各三分之二 For Graduate Students, Two-Thirds of the BASE Tuition, Miscellaneous Fees, and Credit Fees should be refunded. |

四、於上課（開學）日（包括當日）之後逾學期三分之一，而未逾學期三分之二申請休、退學者 Apply for suspension or withdrawal during the time of One-Third and Two-Thirds of the semester, |
學費、雜費退還三分之一 One-third of paid Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees should be refunded. |
其採學分學雜費或學雜費基數核算者，退還學分費、學雜費基數（或學分學雜費）各三分之二 For Graduate Students, Two-Thirds of the BASE Tuition, Miscellaneous Fees, and Credit Fees should be refunded. |
