114學年度（2025年9月入學）第二階段，不分系所，學士班招收新生51名，碩士班招收新生6名，及管理學院碩士班逕博組(跨境產業策略與發展)招收新生1名。
We intend to recruit 51 undergraduate students for the PHASE II into 17 different undergraduate programs, 6 vacancy for Master Program, and 1 vacancy for Master Program with Direct Admission to Ph. D. Degree.at NQU in Fall, 2025.

✿針對僑生身份資格審查，僑委會與教育部如提前或延後函覆，公告錄取名單時間也將同步提前或延後。

  Regarding the verification of Overseas Chinese student status, if the Overseas Community Affairs Council or the Ministry of Education provides an earlier or later response, the announcement of the admission list will also be adjusted accordingly.

⭐經海外聯招會分發者，本校單獨招生管道不予錄取！第二階段請務必在114年07月25日（五）下午17：00前，透過網路GOOGLE表單確認就讀意願，或以電子郵件簽署發回「放棄入學資格聲明書」。逾期未確認就讀意願亦未聲明放棄者，將被取消錄取資格。

  All admitted students in any PHASE can not be admitted again by the “University Entrance Committee For Overseas Chinese Students”. All applications in PHASE II, be sure to make up your mind and sign up the GOOGLE FORM for        confirmation or sign a Statement to decline the offer and send the signed statement to NQU via EMAIL by 17:00 PM, JULY 25, 2025. If you fail to confirm nor to decline the offer by the deadline, NQU will cancel your admission.

【僑生、港澳生獎助、優惠措施】

✿新生獎學金：僑生入學第一年，上、下兩學期均可申請學雜費全額退費（全額繳費後全額退費 FULL REFUND）。
In the first year (includes the 1^st and 2^nd Semester), all Overseas Chinese freshmen are entitled to a FULL Scholarship (FULL REFUND of the paid tuition and dorm fee).

✿在學清寒獎學金：具備清寒資格僑生者，操行成績80分以上，沒有懲處紀錄及考獲華語文測驗測A2（含）等級以上，
For Attending Economically Weaker Overseas Chinese Students—In the previous semester, the behavior performance score reaches 80 point, no penalty record and pass the Chinese language proficiency test(TOCFL) to reach the level of A2

從第二年起，不限前一學期學業成績排名，均可繼續申請半額退費(全額繳費後退回學雜費及住宿費二分之一)；
Starting from the second year, they are entitled to a HALF REFUND of the paid tuition and dorm fee.

如前一學期學業成績排名於班上前75%內，則可申請全額退費。
If their class rank reach top 75% in the previous semester, then they are entitled to a FULL REFUND of the paid tuition and accommodation. semester.

✿一般僑生獎學金：一般僑生，操行成績80分以上，沒有懲處紀錄及考獲華語文測驗測A2（含）等級以上，

從第二年開始，前一學期學業成績排名於班上前50%內，可申請學雜費全額退費；
Starting from the second year, the academic performance reach top 50% in the previous semester, the attending Overseas Chinese Students are entitled to a FULL REFUND of the paid tuition and dorm fee.

前一學期學業成績排名於班上前75%內，可申請學雜費半額退費。
Class rank in academic performance reach top 75% in the previous semester; the attending Overseas Chinese Students are entitled to a HALF REFUND of the paid tuition and dorm fee.

✿金門縣政府補助學士班每位學生每年就學津貼新臺幣10,000元（金僑子弟改領全額學雜費補助），及相當於新台幣4,000元的交通圖書劵。
Kinmen County Government Subsidy:Each undergraduate student is eligible each year for an annual subsidy of NTD 10,000 (Graduated students and Kinmen descendants are NOT included in this subsidy) and an annual coupon worth NTD 4,000 (both Bachelor’s and Master’s program students are eligible for this).

✿祖籍金門僑生，經當地會館（或同鄉會組織）認證，不論成績優劣，每學期均可透過本校向金門縣政府申請金僑子弟學雜費全額補助。
Kinmen Descendants Subsidy—Overseas Chinese Students with the qualification of Kinmen Descendants, they can apply for FULL subsidy of their paid tuition from the Kinmen County Government every semester.
